Happiness

I have learn a lot today. I know that with God and my family anything is possible.  I had a great day today. Mom., daddy Phil, Adrienne and Mike came over for lunch.  I also got a blessing which was amazing.  I think that we all need one every once in awhile.

Summer plans

Matt and I are going to get his girls from Missouri in a little over a week.  Matt is so excited and I am so happy for him.  He misses his girls so much.  I can not imagine only seeing my kids twice a year.  It has to be so hard for him, especially being around my kids everyday. We are going on a vacation and we have lots of plans to go to Cosi and the zoo.  Today was a good day.  The kids had a blast hanging out with Matt for the day.  He loves my kids a lot. He is a great guy.

Fun Day

Today was such a great day.  Heath took the kids to their family cookout, so Matt and I decided to go to Mohican and drive and hike.  It was so relaxing.  Matt has a Camaro with T tops, so we had the T tops.  It was so a beautiful day to take a drive.  We visited his parents and his brother.  We are having a cookout right now and I love the smell of the charcoal when its burning.  Grilling out smells so great.  I have a great life.  I did bad on my math test and barely passed it.  I am so upset, but I need to practice a lot more I guess, but I practice so much now.

Life is so great with children

I went to Ashland today with the kids and it was amazing.  We got to pet an alligator (ya thats right an Alligator).  We got to pet a lot of different animals.  I love to see the kids happy.  It makes me feel great being a mom.  I was sitting there and realizing how big my kids are getting and how they are learning so much.  It is great to have this time with them.  They are amazing children. Corbin the other day said his first sentence ( No, mommy me a big boy).  He is so cute.  He did not want a diaper.  I hope he is easy to break off the diapers, once they get back from their dads I will be having him in big boy underwear.  How awesome it would be not to have to buy diapers anymore.  Matt bought a car today.  He sold his 1986 Camaro for a 1994 Camaro.  I really do hope it works out better for him. He would work his butt off on the 86 just for it to break down again.   I am missing my babies when they are at daddy's house.  They do love seeing their dad, which makes me every happy.  I am going to the drive in with Matt tonight ( I think). It just started to rain, so that might ruin our plans. My house seems so empty without the kids.  It a little better when Matt is home, but he is at work.  I can't wait until the kids get back home, even though sometimes I want quite, but get none.  When they are gone I miss the noise and want then to be home.  It's funny being a parent.

Blessings

So, I was yelling at my kids and putting them in time-out because they would not listen tonight.  I was sitting there and thinking about all the times I told my mom that I would not punish my kids and blah blah blah. Well all I have to say is that mom you were right.  Its funny we grow up saying we are not going to be our parents, just  to turn out like them, but luckily I have a wonderful mother.  I decided to become a coupon cutter.  I saw some shows on it and think, hey, why not save money?  It is not like I am loaded and even if I was its good to save.  There was one lady who got out of debt by cutting coupons, so I decided before I go into debt maybe this will help me save more. I been studying for my math test all day and I am hoping for a B since Math does hate me now. I have a mommies brain so it doesn't work that great anymore.

My Birthday

It was a pretty good day, I would have to say.  I got to take lilly to the doctor's and gave her way way too much juice, so we had a few not pee accidents on the way home from columbus.  Then got to take lilly to her other doctor's and she does have poison ivy, but even though today was very hard.  I am blessed with being able to have this time with them and going through not only the fun, but also the 2 and 3's with them fun fun.  Matt and I got to spend sometime together today which was awesome.  Well I need to finish cleaning and homework. Then its make a menu for next month's meals.

My life

Well lets see, I have two wonderful children. My daughter is Lilly who is 3, my son is Corbin who is 2.  They both just got the news of having to wear glasses now so that is fun to get the glasses on Corb's face.  Just got his new blue glasses; 20 mins later they are broken yet again.  They are very good kids with attitude.  I think they take the attitude from Aunt Heather.  We had a good day today.  The kids rode their bikes outside and I help Corbin ride on the purple bike I bought for Ava.  Matt is at work and I can't wait until he gets home to help me on some honey-to-do list.  I want more pictures up, but first he has homework to do.  I also have a lot of homework to do.  I am going to OSU for education. I would really like to become a teacher.  I would be off during the summers when they start school.  That means a lot more vacas for me.  Oh how I love to travel.  Well I am getting off here for now, so I can cook dinner and have kids bathed and in bed.
